Commercial or retail leases are much more complicated than residential leases because they are customised to the individual situation. This is why it is a good idea to have the lease terms and conditions reviewed by a Solicitor, to ensure they match the needs of your business. Our team will always endeavor to provide honest and practical advice before you enter into your next commercial lease agreement.

Wendy
Wendy has been supporting locals in the Central Coast area with their conveyancing needs for almost 30 years. Wendy is one of the Paralegals here at LLAC. Her clients love her friendly nature and the fact that she can always put them at ease by having a joke. Wendy loves living and working on the Central Coast due to the down-to-earth people, quiet communities and not having to deal with the traffic of Sydney.

Mackenzy Carney
Mackenzy has recently joined the LLAC team as our first point of contact on the front desk. Mackenzys, friendly, calm and efficient nature makes her the perfect person to help and direct our clients to the right person.
